Very exciting times! We are happy to report an update... Claire states: "I have just had the best time of my musical life!!!"

I have just retured home from an intensive recording session at the famous Britannia Row Studio's in London.

We recorded a 3 track EP, which is currently in the mixing stage, hopefully due for release in March this year.

The 3 tracks are very different but maintain my bluesy style throughout. I was extremely fortunate to have the uber talented Jackanory producing. A young, exciting producer - set to become the next great producer to come out of London town!

The rest of the team, and musicians, were amazing... and we rocked the house!!! The creative juices were flowing to the max... I simply had the best time ever!! I was so happy with the tracks, I actually cried (LOL)... and that is pre-doctored - so cannot wait to hear them finished!

I will keep you updated on progress, and when the EP will be available :-)

A huge thanks to all the guys: Michael, Dafydd, Richard, Timmy; and to John, Van and Billy, for their support; and of course to my Aja... for alot of patience and hanging around during the recording session, especially till 3am in the morning! ...and is proud to announce that the Hammond Organ used on her tracks is the very Hammond used by Pink Floyd on The Wall album... how cool is that!!

Other news
Claire has also just returned from recording at the Magic Garden Recording Studios in Wolverhampton. Claire did some vocals for the upcoming new EP from the very talented Elizabeth Fields. We will keep you updated as to when Elizabeth's EP will be released.

It has been a great start to 2010; lots to look forward to - especially Claire's new EP. Keep checking back for details and updates.

Launch night for a new station, Jazz Radio UK, is on Monday 12th October at midday; I will have details of our show schedules etc soon. Also, the compilation album with my track on is due out in January

Lots going on at the moment. Claire is very busy with a number of projects, including the new EP with Dee C'rell and organising everything for the fourthcoming recording of her Blues EP.

Claire has also been busy writing for a musical in New York, after being approached by a group asking if they could use her track " Life Is A Rehersal ". They asked if she would write all the songs... something very new and challenging !
